A drone attack has reportedly targeted the private residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with media sources suggesting that Hezbollah, based in Lebanon, is suspected of being behind the attack. The drone assault, which came from Lebanon, resulted in no casualties or damage as neither Netanyahu nor his wife were at home during the incident.
According to Israeli military sources, three drones were launched from Lebanon. While two were intercepted by Israel’s air defense system, one drone struck a residential building believed to be Netanyahu’s private home. Hezbollah has been continuously launching rockets and drones into Israel from Lebanon, escalating the already tense situation.
The Israeli army confirmed another rocket from Lebanon that was fired at Haifa but landed in an open area, causing no harm. These attacks are believed to be retaliation following the death of Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, as Israeli forces continue their operations against Hezbollah and Hamas leadership. The conflict shows no sign of abating, with both groups vowing to continue their fight against Israel.
